First off we have birthday dinner. Chinese for me. Maybe when he is older he will get to decide what we have. It actually worked out really well. Mom was sick and so didn't feel well enough to even try to make dinner and I really wanted Chinese. So Bub got take out Chinese for his birthday dinner.
This is the first time we lit the candles. If you look you can see that the flames are all being blown to Bub's right. Monkey decided he needed to help.
Here is the second (or maybe it was the 3rd time because I think I remember Bub blowing his own candles out before we were ready for him to. this is why you should post while the stories are fresh in your mind.) He wasn't interested in blowing them out himself so Grandpa helped this time.
Here is a cute picture of him eating his cake. Which his cake is a strawberry cake with vanilla icing. He picked both the cake mix and the frosting out himself.
This is the funnest picture I got. Dee was feeding him frosting. By the time I got to the camera it was down to her just teasing him, but it was still a fun memory.

He at least got to pick out the kind of cake he wanted. That is the most exciting part for them at that age anyway. The food is just what Mom makes them eat. I didn't see Darc feeding him. I think they are going to have fun together!
