So for someone that has pretty good credit I am experiencing what can only be described as a refinancing nightmare. This all started back in June. We were told that either today or Monday we would be signing the papers only to get a call just now that said that our loan hadn't even been approved!!!!
The one mortgage is locked because it is in the process of being paid off and now we have been assigned to yet another loan officer!!!
I should have given the phone to Spencer when I got the call.

I'm sorry I feel you. We are having to go FHA now. yay just what I wanted. (can you feel my sarcasm??) Luckily the bank is doing a mini perm loan so we can start paying more than just interest. Unluckily its at like 8.5% interest.
I have to laugh I just changed my background and I thought I had not seen the one I picked anywhere...yeah then I got on yours today. Hehe.
