Life seems to be flying by. It doesn't seem like August should be over and here it is the first of October. I don't know where the month of September went.
I went to pick Monkey up from school today and he didn't want to go. He was on the playground playing and looked at me and then took off in the opposite direction. Now this is definitely an improvement over a month ago when he screamed for me to take him home when I dropped him off in the first place. However, I had Bub in the car sleeping and so to have to chase after Monkey while he hung onto everything really was not what I needed this afternoon.
So Monkey loves to play with my laptop. Now I don't know if it had anything to do with everything that he was doing last week, but my master boot file got corrupted. Now this wouldn't have been a problem, but it took Spencer so very long to access my files to get them backed up (I should have backed up the files two weeks ago when I started having problems. I actually started but didn't get it finished.) He did manage to get them backed up, but not after asking me a half dozen times how much it was worth it to me to get the files back. I hope he knows how much I appreciate it that he went the extra mile to get the files for me when it would have been so much easier and faster on him if he had just given up and reformatted the drive.
